V8 Coupe, etc.

I'm with Geraint-

The 1.8T is a very good solution for a car like the 4kq- you should even be
able to use the subframe from a 4k to fit the I-4 w/o any major mods.

A few things:

-The 1.8T weighs less than the I-5 and is no longer than the V-8.
-The battery relocation can be done regardless of engine, not a bad idea
anyway, better for battery longevity and for weight distribution.
-The nice thing about the 1.8T in a lighter car is that when you are just
cruising, it doesn't use much gas and can still provide lots of power when
needed. I could get an easy 25mpg around town and low 30s on the highway in
an A4 Avant.
-Much easier to work on the engine bay of an I-4 than a V-8.
