'92 100qa: Won't shift out of park!!!

Brake light fuse is blown.  BTDT.  Find out what's blowing it.  In my case,
it was stepping on the brakes with the rear hatch open.  Cracked wires
shorted out when energized with the hatch open.  This blew the brake light
fuse, which won't let you shift out of park.
