Sunroof drains are accessible at the rear of the open sunroof, snake
something down them.
BUT, I suspect a leaky taillight seal. Get some 3M Strip Caulk from your
local body shop supplier, or perhaps your local FLAPS if they sell body work
supplies. Then redo the taillights and to check, wash the car again.
