4kq acceleration issue

the only way it could be 02 sensor related is if his base fuel mixture is
off as the ecu resorts to this when the 02 sensor is disabled...im running
my rally car without one.
I agree with replace the basics as in a normal tuneup, check the rubber bits
for leaks and make sure your airfilter is clean and the cis flapper door
moves freely.
