87 5KTQ Frozen clutch?

Ok, the  pedal wont move, its stuck in the "out" position.  I know the horror 
 stories of breaking the clutch pedal, so I am not going to try pushing that  
hard.  Second issue is that the actual clutch (not the pedal)  is stuck in 
the disengaged position, so I cant even try starting and  getting the car moving 
in first.  Any thoughts?  Anyone have the  breakdown of the hydraulic clutch 
system?  This happened before the cold,  so it wasnt an icing issue then.
