Don't presume anything. If the s/wheel was in correct position when you
left the shop, it is almost certain that BY has moved, since no other
steering components, even it hey loose, can affect the steering that
much. Why it happen that's another question, probably not tight enough,
or the BY slot wasn't cleaned, so BY teeth couldn't grip, both for sure
responsibility of the shop that did the work.
