There is an A4 list on audifans, also the B5 forum of Audiworld.

Can't help w/ the cruise- do you have the Bentley CD? That would be a good
place to start.

The lights can be replaced- you need HID from the early A4/S4 euro-spec,
late euro-spec
or US-spec S4 lamps. Make sure you don't just end up with the housings-
you'll need the bulbs
and ballasts as well. I wouldn't recommend trying to convert those lamps-
the lenses are terrible
and the projector HIDs from the OEM setups are much, much better.

The popular lip spoiler for the B5 is the E46 M3 lip spoiler, check at your
BMW dealer for the part.

E-brake handle would most likely be a dealer part- check with your Audi
dealer- if you want to mail
