Can someone point me to the driver's seat circuit breaker

Car: '99 A6

After sending a static electric shock through an exposed seat memory
switch pack socket, my driver's seat is no longer functioning.

I've checked fuses 14 & 15 and they're both fine. The next area to
check is the circuit breaker which is supposed to automatically reset
but hasn't. The problem is, I don't know where it is. I hope it's not
located under the seat because that will involve physically removing
the seat to gain access. :(
