Idle stabilisation on CIS-e engines

On KE-Jet (CIS-E), idle handled by the ISV (idle stabilizer valve), which is
ECU controlled. Often they're an overlooked maintenance item and become
clogged with oil (blowby, etc.). I recommend they be cleaned at every other
oil change, especially on an older car. Cleaning is done by unclamping the
hoses and spraying the interior with fuel injection cleaner (basically O2
sensor safe carb cleaner).
The operation is quite simple- 12V solenoid with a calibrated air bypass.
The idle is controlled by how much air bypasses the throttle body via the
ISV.
