It was

Except with pictures that worked, which helps a lot as they don't list
dimensions.
The company is apparently actually called Southern Electronics, out of
Richmond, VA. I have ordered one of the 10-013 @ $28 with free
shipping. It looks to be "about" the right diameter, and is the only
one that is even close, also the only one with 15 teeth.
I'll report on how well it works when it arrives, hopefully in the next
few days.
By the way, this is not a trivial repair, you have to pull the speedo
needle and play with tiny screws, after getting the gauges out of the
car. I'll document it on my web site as well, when all is done.
