You could try running the car with CS Injector as it is the only circuit
functioning. Since CSI is earth switched, take the CSI boot off, and
just push in one end of a length of a cable so it makes steady contact
(strip 1 cm of the cable and bend it over). When the motor starts,
touch the other end to the ground, and car would run just on CSI. Since
the problem seems to be temp related, maybe something happens when you
bring the motor to the temp. Simple enough to try anyway.
