hubcentric adapter question

A lot of wheels use standard bore adapters... if Mille-Miglia isn't one,
anyone with a lathe can machine them for you. I'd coat the machined
aluminum afterwards (anodizing). If you say "any color you're doing right
now" a local anodizer will probably do them for you for lunch money.
I could have them made in my tool room if you didn't know anyone locally.
To save some cost, I'd probably skip the lock ring groove, but that could be
done, too.
