5ktq speedometer error

Larry,

Another data point.  The speedo of my '95'5 urS6 agrees within less 
than the width of the needle with my GPS display.  Numbers like 42 by 
speedo and 41.8 by GPS or 93 by speedo and 91.9 by GPS.  That's 
showing the speedo to be a bit optimistic but not by much.  Reading 
the speedometer itself is hard to do better than within +/- 1 mph.
