5ktq speedometer error

The 5k has always had this problem since I got it ~4 years ago. The
speedos on all of my other Audis are accurate and do not have the pulsing
problem. It is very annoying for me since I like to drive 5-10 over the
speed limit at all times, now I also have to add 6.
