It might be the temp sender for the CIS, located in the upper radiator 
hose neck.  You can check its resistance in ice water and boiling water 
and compare to the specs in Bentley (or maybe someone will post them 
here for the umpteenth time).

If it's bad, you might not be getting proper enrichment when cold.

Also, it's always good to check/clean the grounds attached to the intake 
manifold (two brown wires), and the "spare" fuse in the side of the fuse 
box, which powers the ECU.
