I ignore those ;)  Good point, though.  Although, around here, school 
zone signs always have a new, lower speed limit with a number, though. 
So do work areas.  "Exit only" is hard to disobey, and "bridge freezes 
before roadway" is physics, not law.  However, the programmable signs, 
which often matter a lot, do tend to be English-only.  Even here, where 
half our signs are in two of the three national languages (French and 
English, no Spanish).

Actually, most of those are either rare or easy to deal with.  Unless 
they are doing 90 mph.
