1984 Ur Q on Fleabay FRAUD?

OK I just e-mailed him on e-bay and on the personal account he has
there.. I requested some simple info.. like service history, is 90k
accurate representation of the mileage.. and if he can get me and or
post some pictures of the underside of the car..  I figured I'd ask for
something he might not have if its fraud..    also the Vin appears to be
accurate for the year/model... someone with a current car fax could see
if anything sounds close to right with locations and registrations..
