of course we are talking usa.  we always talk just usa.  that's where we all
live.  yawn...

3 data points.  

#1: with a couple of exceptions, no-one on this list is in the target market
for these cars.
#2: the sales of these "overcomplicated machines" with a "useless control
interface" have been doing very well in their target markets. i personally
remain amazed that anyone can be seen in a 5-series of 7-series without
wearing a disguise...
#3: people have been warning about overcomplication and the expense of
failure since efi removed the carb & points. i'm still waiting for the sky
to fall.

We're talking about the US market, that's what we've been talking about the
whole time, along with the reliability and control interfaces of these cars.

You're taking potshots at Lexus now because you don't have a leg to stand on
in that argument.
