S4 (m.y. 2001) transmission Q:

Two things come to my mind:

- Clutch pedal doesn't go all the way to the floor. Example: winter 
carpet prevent full travel, or

- They bled the wrong system and introduced air in the master-slave 
hydraulic clutch system.
