More electrical gremlins

New addition to the family(1989 90Q) is exhibiting some new to me  
audi-lectric issues.  
Wipers don't work at all on intermittent and the park function is  gone.   
Wiggle the relay and the intermittent is continuous and the  park happens at 
random positions.  Does the relay control the park function  somehow?  Or do I 
have two failing components.
Other issue is headlights.  Only work on flash, nothing when I turn  them on 
with the switch.  Is there a relay I should check or is this just  the switch 
gone bad.
PO said the car sat for a long time, before I start replacing stuff,  
components will get cleaned and tested.
At least the windows, seats and sunroof all work.  Gauge lights and  odometer 
good too.
