Importing a 1990 200 from Canada?

BTDT in a big way.  Many hours of research and phone calls.
AoA sucks ass.  The biggest bunch of a-holes ever.
To sum it up, if the car was built after September 1, 1989 and it does 
not have an airbag, you can not import it legally.  period.
If your car is still in the running, I will explain further and 
recommend an RI if you are coming across near Buffalo.
