10vT ECU questions

Hey guys, I had some questions about the inner workings of 10v ECU's, specifically the Mac-11. I'm developing a MegaSquirt based plug 'n play EFI kit for MC engined cars currently that I'll be able to sell well under half the cost of anything else out there, but I've got a few hitches. Been years in the making, but I'm just now getting to a point where I can afford to go ahead with it.

Does the Mac-11b use the intake air temp or the coolant temp sensors for anything related to ignition, or was that just for fuel enrichment? The coolant temp sensor for the ECU of course are the two little ones, not the MFTS on the coolant neck which just signals the A/C shut down, gauge, and auto-check computer. On my car I left the stock sensors in place and added in GM sensors for the EFI to use. I'd like to avoid that with my kits to save the cost of the GM sensors, plus to save the work of fitment and to save on the ammount of wiring.


Basically thats the last hurdle to cross before I'm ready to get the ball rolling, I plan on the first setup being done and installed on a car this month, or next at the latest.
