145K on them, although we did just replace my son's ignition
switch in February...
Maybe it's a scheduled maintenance item at 145K!

It's a scheduled maintenance item at 60, 90, and 120k. This is what you get
for not following your owners manual!
Unfortunately, the replacement switches seem to last somewhere between 0 and
30k miles.

PS, turning the key back slightly will usually return function to the A/C
and other accessories.
