Strange Brakepad Wear

Likely caliper hanging (guide pins, e-brake, etc.) or not enough runout
(unlikely).  .000" total runout isn't enough to knock back pads and
calipers... but that's unlikely.

R&R the rear brakes properly should indentify and solve the problem.
