Brian has an interesting personality. He is really a nice guy, but he
definitely has strong opinions about things and will let you know
them. I don't have a problem with it -- I pay him to fix my car, not
be my friend. If you talk to him for a while, you will warm up to him.
That said, I completely understand how he would rub people the wrong
way.

I, too, would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He has been
nothing but professional when dealing with my wife, and has given me
rides to the T, to the rental car place down the street, etc.
