Odd 4K no start

Hmm, that's a puzzeling one. The first thing I'd check is if your
plugs are swimming in gas. If so, clean, or replace, and retry.

There isn't a reference sensor on the 4000. It's really pretty simple.
The ignition system works simply off the hall sender. Now, one other
thing. When you say you have spark, where are you checking? IOW, are
you sure the cap and rotor are good? Check at the plugs, if possible.
