No fog lights

Pretty simple circuit to diagnose with a multimeter.  You know there's no
power at the lights, so start at the relay and work your way backwards
(+12V, ground, switched 12V, etc.).  If you find no obvious issues, it's
either the relay, or corrosion in a wire causing voltage to appear, but not
sufficient amperage.  Bypassing the relay with a jumper wire (I use a simple
switch in line as well) can easily verify one side of the relay circuit's
ability to carry the current..
