Nick,

Rebuilt mine ok,

The pulley hub needs to be pulled off and pressed back on

The round caps with the X slots don't always want to move, even with the
proper wide flat bladed socket on an impact driver.

Aside from that it was just a straightforward "keep it clean and change the
O rings and front oil seal" job.

The rebuild was done about a year ago with moral support from Louis-Alain,
Brady and a couple of six-packs of Sleeman's Red

What have been the successes  or  miseries of rebuilding a leaky hydraulic
pump?  Appears to be leaking from the shaft.  How hard will it be to take
apart? Looks like the pulley mount needs to come off.
