Hello, I

   have a new to me coupe, with idle/ self revving issues. Upon starting it
likes to wind up to 3k or so, that stops after a few seconds Once underway
it doesn't like to return to Idle,when you depress the clutch to shift it
remains at 3k momentarily, the symptoms seem to lessen once warmed up. It
has a newish ISV it is not the hitachi, but a bosch unit. Someone stole the
hitachi from the P.O. during a test drive.
 It is also really jerky when you let off the throttle.
