Always one quart low

Also, could be due to improper oil changing technique? IE, refill the oil,
but don't recheck after initial startup?Might be a quart ow right from the
start? Or maybe the wrong dipstick was put on the car as a replacement
peice? Or it's not going all the way in when inserted?
