Recently upgraded to 6 speed in the urS4.. now this..

Ive noticed a problem i've been having with the now installed 016 in the 93
S4. Having problems meshing to get into the next gear while driving.  I have
a SPEC stage 3 clutch , 7A FW , new master and slave. My clutch pedal catch
about 1 inch off the floor so i'm thinking its not disengaging , the reason
being is i was parked on an inclined driveway with car off i pushed in the
clutch. The car didn't roll til i pulled(with a thunk) out of first gear.I
had never parked on an incline or noticed THAT before ......  Is the O1E
slave cyl. rod a different length than one for the O16 ? Would residual air
in the system be what would cause this? Or What ?
