I am assuming you also have your own insurance? I so, their rep or your
agent might be able to help.
You also might want to respond with a written demand for a figure on the
high end (but justifiable somehow) of those figures, and if they don't
immediately come to a fair compromise, drop some cash into a lawyer's
boat payment fund...
