Yes, but there are no belts involved here to get old.
There is, however, a clutch part (the throwout bearing) that gets old, 
and starts making funky noises as it goes bad.
Replace the ToB now, or all the parts later.  Either job is a lot of 
work, one just involves more parts to buy.
