There is clearly some corporate culture that rewards warranty denial.  It's
happened to me, it's happened to my friends.

Washing an engine is routine and recommended maintenance.  Many dealerships
offer this service (of all makes).

Once again, Audi doesn't stand behind its products and alienates their
clients and the friends of the client.
