I'll second that, YES, YES!! It does mean impending water pump failure
(read, wallet doom). I wouldn't ignore it for 200 miles, especially on
an engine with 30 (very expensive) valves. I'd start buying the parts
now, and figure on doing it very soon. You can take the chance, but
it's a potentially very costly one.
