No spark - Code 2113 Hall Signal - Crank Pulley slipped

BTDT. My black 5ktq sheared the keyway not too long (like 5-600miles)  
after I got it. PO had the head rebuilt just before I bought the car.

  In my case the cam would't turn at all when spinning the engine, and  
the keyway gave way on the highway at 70mph and bent all 10 valves on  
the STOCK MC engine. You should have seen the look on my face when I  
had a friend hit the starter while I watched the t-belt not turning!!  
I was perplexed, and it wasn't until by chance somebody happened to  
hit the starter while I was under the car and I saw the crank pulley  
bolt turn out of the corner of my eye while the pulley stayed still.
