knock sensors -- out-of-car testing

I have two Audi knock sensors that I would like to post FS, but, I don't know if they are good.
I don't drive any cars that use the KS. 
Are there any tests that I can perform using a multimeter and 12V power supply to determine good/no good?

Sensor #054 905 377B is for 20V 7A motors, and has the blue 3-pin connector.
Sensor #034 905 377F is for the MC single sensor motors, and has the 3-pin connector

I'm betting these are the same sensor.
Scott Mockrey's site yields only in-car testing info.  A little web searching is not finding info.

Suggestions?
