Eurolight Identification and source

I bought H4 100/90 Philips rally bulbs from NAPA some time back, in use for
a year or so - excellent.  NAPA also sells Wagner with Xenon gas inside that
are quite good.  They are not an HID wanna be look, just white light.  High
wattage might have to  be ordered, depending on the store size.

Headlights can be classified H4/H1, like the Typ 43 with 4 rectangular
lights - 2XH4 and 2XH1, same as the ones on vwvortex.  Bulbs are either H4
or H1 ... or H3 for foglights or H7 for newer cars.
Some DOT bulb classification overlaps with Euro, I think 9003 is the same as
H4 - might be wrong.
