Locked center diff on a 4kQ

I'm pretty sure it's down on the side of the tranny, though I don't know 
which side.

It is vacuum operated, so look for a plastic actuator-looking thing that 
is might not be connected to lines as it should be, or has broken vacuum 
connectors.

Anyway, once you find it, I think all you have to do it move the 
actuator part to its "other" position.
