It may be that no one has responded since "we" do not have the answer/diagram. 
It may be that those avid 4K owners of 10 years ago have moved on to other 
things. It may be that the list knowledge today is oriented more towards the 
200, A-, and S-series cars. I, for one, have not owned a 4K, and I do not have a 
manual for one.
