Intake air temp sensor

Guys

Thanks for the responses.

I asked a question about IATs a while ago and Tony Hoffman came up with:
"The graph I have shows 400 ohms at -40 celcius. about 490 at 20 celcius.
About 520 at 40 celcius. 700 ohms is reached at 155 celcius."

I have scoured the Bentley but can't find a graph
Perhaps I have the wrong edition, anyone got a page number in the 100/200
books?

Anyway, any help that you can provide with the specs for a replacement
thermistor would be appreciated. I can solder, but don't get to order many
components so thermistor specs or a part number would help a lot. Cody, your
curve would be appreciated.

Since I have been on this one for a few months already, I am not in a
monster rush

Ta

Geraint

I'm thinking that you could find a proper thermistor at Digikey.com. I've
got the curve for that sensor plotted, but I'm away from home at the minute.

I'd expect if you could solder decently well you should be able to get the
repair squared away for about $5 ;-).
