Ok, I tunneled remotely into my PC and got you some info. I measured the
following values using a cup of water heated and cooled with a pencil
thermometer in the water to record temp. I started by heating the water to
over 140* then gave the themometer time to equalize and recorded values as
the water cooled. To get under room temp I froze the water and repeated the
process. Oh, and first I verified that the resistance of the thermistor was
not effected by being immersed in water that had been let sit for hours to
be at room temp.
547ohm = 128*F
530ohm = 112*F
513ohm = 91*F
508ohm = 86*F
497ohm = 73*F
493ohm = 68*F
469ohm = 40*F
Also I remembered a graph on SJM that shows a slightly different curve then
what I measured. Which to trust I can't say, I am very confident of the
accuracy of my plot but at the same time I was not using a brand new sensor.
