Sunroof Cable Replacement

I just went through this sunroof dance on my '91 200, and don't recommend
tackling it without Bentley, which on this subject is actually quite good. 

I doubt I would have been able to figure out the spring release and dismount
sequence without breaking something. I also had the cockamamie one side up
problem - turned out to be a broken plastic cam that was easily re-glued.
The re-assembly and final alignment procedures worked perfectly, and if you
don't get it right, it sets up wind noise issues.
