Out-of-State Car Transport

I know I was probably pretty darn lucky when I drove from SC to CO w/o any
plates at all.

And there was the time when I swapped plates between my CGT and my then
5kcstq for week-long road trip to CO one summer and did get stopped for
speeding and only got a warning.
