[s-cars] cut-out

Doesn't feel like the other coil problems I've had in the 
past.  Other times when I've had a coil fail the symptoms have been 
100% reproducible.  This cut-out appears to be almost totally random 
and lasts for less than a second and then the engine is once again 
running normally.

I will be cleaning the MAF connections, however.  That was a good suggestion.

Oh, BTW, I forgot to mention one other mod.  I also have the Dave 
Forgie 1.8t coil mod and no longer have to deal with the OEM POS PSO's.
