Hello fellow listers-anyone have a Carfax subscription
going?

I just took a test drive in a 1995 VW Jetta and guess
what...not only did I find out that the car failed a
smog test here in Atlanta, it was tested earlier
today!  Fortunately, you can look this data up for
free at www.cleanairforce.com for cars registered in
the Atlanta area...

There is a shyster used car dealer operating behind a
Texaco gas station, and I am in the mood to have a
little fun.  I have reason to believe the "dealer"
lacks the necessary business licenses and credentials.
 If this Jetta shows to be a rebuilt car, that is more
evidence on my side to close the guy down...

It is illegal to sell a car in the Atlanta region w/o
a valid emissions inspection.  This guy knows it, he
just preys on the more gullible.
