87 CGT no start

hello everyone, my name is derrick and i am new to
this list. i currently own a 87.5 cgt with the 2.3, i
have had this car in storage for about three years due
to traveling for work.  anyways here is my problem, i
charged the battery and everything as far as i can
tell is working, but turn the key and no dice, no
click nothing, any ideas?  shouldn't i hear the fuel
pump priming right before i turn the key?
