87 CGT no start

[Ed Kellock]

I have owned my 87 CGT 2.3 for 16 years.  The fuel pump _always_ runs when I
turn the key to the ON position.  I know this because my startup procedure
is to wait for it to quit running before I attempt to start the engine.
