95 A6q Intake Manifold removal

What's the procedure for removing the intake manifold from a V-6 12v?
 
Spark plugs and Valve Covers are already off.  I removed the six  socket 
bolts attaching to the heads, but I get no movement on the IM.  Am I  missing some 
hidden bolts?  do I need to remove the top portion of the IM  before I can 
move the bottom portion?
