That is absolutely correct. I was thinking of the upper oil pan on the
V6, not the lower one. On the 90 V6, I actually just used a 10mm
1/4drive "wobble-tail". I haven't pulled it on a 30V in quite a while,
so no great memories there. But, you don't have to pull the subframe
for that, as Chris said.

BTW, on the 1.8's the oil pan is one piece, therefore the subframe
must be dropped. And, if I had one, that's something I'd be doing
about every 80K, from what I've seen.
